NextHome PropTech Platform | Next.js & PostgreSQL

NextHome needed more than a marketing website. The company required a secure digital platform to manage tenant records, streamline administrative workflows, generate branded lease agreements, and comply with German data retention and privacy regulations. The solution also needed to support both German and English audiences while maintaining a professional public-facing presence.

I designed and developed a full-stack platform consisting of a bilingual marketing website and a protected administration dashboard. The system was built with Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Prisma, featuring role-based authentication, AES-256-GCM encrypted tenant data, audit logging, PDF lease generation, multilingual support, and responsive interfaces for both public users and administrators.

The platform provides NextHome with a centralized tenant management system, secure handling of sensitive customer information, automated lease document generation, and a scalable foundation for future growth. The solution improves operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with German data protection and retention requirements.
