Operators flipped between a TMS from 2008, a warehouse system in German, and a spreadsheet of customs forms. A single delayed shipment touched all three; visibility was guesswork.

— 02 · Approach

We mapped every workflow that touched a shipment, then designed one console that absorbed the three. Existing systems stayed as data sources, but operators only see Meridian. Background sync handles the legacy quirks.

— 03 · Outcome

Shipment status updates dropped from 14 minutes manual to under 30 seconds end-to-end. The customs back-office team shrank by a third without offloading work. Operators now choose to use Meridian over the legacy tools.
